It's Easy to Get Started

If you cancel during the initial contract period, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost (Lump Sum price).

You can cancel anytime after the initial contract period, but you can't take the site with you. We do this to protect our investment in the site and ensure that we can continue to provide support and updates. If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next month, but you will not receive a refund for any previous months. You will not be charged going forward. We will take down the website after the last paid month, or work with you to transition to your new site within the paid period.

Lump sum is a one-time payment for a custom website design and development. You pay upfront and own the site. You'll be responsible for hosting and maintenance after the site is delivered (unless you get the add-ons). This is great for businesses that have internal resources to manage the site or prefer to pay once and own the site outright.

On the Monthly plan, we design and develop the site, and only charge you the monthly fee. The site stays online as long as you pay the monthly fee. This is ideal for small businesses that want a custom website but don't have the budget or resources to manage their own website. You get a custom site without the upfront cost, and we handle all the hosting, maintenance, and updates.

Builders like Wordpress, Wix, and Squarespace are great for DIY projects and getting started, but they have limitations. These builders need plugins for everything, which drags down pagespeed and performance. Plugins need constant updates to ensure security. Sites made with builders and plugins are prime targets for hackers as once you crack one, you can hack many more sites at once.

Our sites are built with custom code, which means they are faster, more secure, and tailored to exactly what you need. Our static sites aren't hackable as there's no database to hack! Just pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript loaded to the browser.

We understand that sometimes things happen. Above all, communicate with us and we'll work with you.

If you miss a payment, we will reach out to you. If we don't hear back from you within 30 days, your website may be taken offline at our discretion. Once the outstanding balance is paid, your website will be immediately restored.

If we can't design a website that meets your needs, we will refund your initial payment in full. After designs are approved and development has started, we do not offer refunds.

We will optimize your website for search engines as part of the design process. This includes setting up basic SEO elements like page titles, meta descriptions, and alt text for images.

Ongoing SEO services such as keyword research, content creation, and link building are not included in these plans. We partner with SEO specialists who can help you with these services. Pricing is based on the scope of work and your specific needs.

We generally plan for 6-8 weeks for the design and development of a custom website. This timeline depends on timely responses from you for approvals, content, and image requests. This timeline can also vary if additional features or complexities are added during the discovery & design process.
